Frequently Asked Questions

When will my subscription begin?

U.S. and Canadian print subscriptions are processed within 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of your order. Subscriptions from subscribers outside the U.S. and Canada are processed within 6 to 8 weeks.

If you subscribed to the Digital Edition, you should receive an email within the next 4 to 6 weeks when the next digital edition becomes available. This email will contain the link to your digital subscription.

Do you accept credit cards, and is your site secure?

Yes, you may order a new subscription or renew and existing subscription online via the internet. We accept American Express, VISA, and MasterCard on our secure sever.

Why are some subscriptions free while others are not?

Aviation International News has limited complimentary subscriptions. Because of these limitations we can only offer free subscriptions to aviation professionals that meet certain criteria. Those subscribers who do not meet these criteria must purchase a subscription.

Why do I have to keep filling out subscription forms?

Postal regulations require that we receive actual subscription requests once a year. This also helps our editors target the content of the magazine to those who read it.

How do I change my mailing address?

To change your mailing address, please email subscriptions@ainonline.com.

Please note that since we prepare mailing labels far in advance, we need at least eight weeks' notice to ensure uninterrupted service of your Aviation International News subscription.

What is my subscriber account number?

Your subscriber account number is the 3-6 digit numeric code located above your name on the magazine label.

When does my subscription expire?

Your subscription expiration date is printed on the mailing label of your magazine. It is located to the right of your name and is formatted by month and year, e.g. "Feb 11". In the upper left-hand corner directly above your name is your unique subscriber number. Always include this number in any correspondence to use to ensure prompt service. (Better still; include your actual label whenever possible).

What should I do if I didn't receive an issue?

Let us know about a missed issue by emailing subscriptions@ainonline.com. directly. We'll either mail that issue to you or extend your subscription by one issue.

Why did I receive another bill or renewal notice when I have already paid for my subscription?

Your payment and our notice probably just crossed each other in the mail. If you get another bill or renewal notice, please contact us by emailing subscriptions@ainonline.com. directly and we'll straighten out the problem.

I changed my address already, why is Aviation International News still being sent to my old address?

We prepare the mailing labels for our magazines far in advance. When you contact us to change your address, your request is processed immediately. However, the change sometimes doesn't take effect for one to two issues because those labels have been preaddressed.

How can I order back issues of Aviation International News?

A limited number of issues are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please email subscriptions@ainonline.com. to find out if the issue you want to purchase is available. Back single copy issues are $9.00 plus shipping and handling. All orders must be pre-paid.

Will my name be added to other mailing lists?

Sometimes, Aviation International News finds other products, services or events that would be of interest to our readers. In such cases, we allow qualified, professional organizations to access our mailing list. If you would prefer not to receive these mailings, please email subscriptions@ainonline.com. to remove your name from our promotional file.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may choose to cancel your subscription at any time. You will receive a full refund on all remaining issues.
