  • Embraer also made headlines with its new Praetor series - refinements of the Legacy 450 and 500 to be known as the Praetor 500 and 600. They will have new winglets, increased fuel capacity and more powerful, upgraded Honeywell HTF7500E engines. Praetors will also have upgrades to the Rockwell Collins Pro Line Fusion avionics, adding vertical weather and predictive windshear.
  • NetJets boosted Textron Aviation by signing an agreement for options on 175 Citation Longitudes and - more significantly - 150 of the on-hold Citation Hemisphere model, potentially the airframer’s largest Citation ever. Textron has put the Hemisphere on the shelf pending successful fixes for its Safran Silvercrest engines.
